Some things to remember if there are no offers:
- The selling agents, the agents representing buyers, believe the price is too high.
- If there are showings but no offers, the agents AND the buyers are finding homes that offer better value.
- If there are second showings but no offer - a minor price adjustment is in order.
Tips:
- There should be at least 1 to 2 showings per week.
- Every 10 showings should produce at least one offer.
